We are looking for an Administrator to support a busy buying team. This is really nice role, and a lovely team to be a part of, working for a family run business who have an excellent reputation in their field. The successful candidate will have good administration skills and will be highly organised. This role is a support one, and we are looking for someone who can use their initiative from day one Your daily duties: Maintaining supplier database Deal with all queries from suppliers and customers over the telephone and via email Filing and archiving documentation Process client approvals and purchase orders Prepare reports for management onto EXCEL Log procurement information onto in house system You will need to: Able to work well under pressure Ability to work unsupervised Able to multitask Excellent telephone manner Numerate A good team player Should your application be successful, you will be contacted shortly.
