Position Description/Job Responsibilities * Implement and support high performance, secure, and resilient network infrastructure. * Collaborate with a global team of voice and network engineers and ensure continued responsiveness and operational stability of the network infrastructure. * Provide direction and subject matter expertise in the analysis and resolution of complex networking problems. * Assist in standardizing processes, technologies, and automating routine tasks. * Document and diagram network architecture designs and configurations. * Collaborate and coordinate with ISP carriers and vendors as required for any service degradation or installation. Requirements/Qualifications * Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. * Relevant experience with Cisco enterprise network architecture and engineering - including complex network design, hands-on implementation/configuration of Cisco LAN/WAN/WLAN networking devices and operational support. * Experience with Cisco CUCM, UCCX, CUC, ISDN PRI & SIP trunks would be beneficial. * Experience with enterprise networking technologies, tools and processes to include routing, switching, traffic optimization (Riverbed preferred), load balancing (F5 preferred), firewalls (Palo Alto Preferred), datacenter fabric and local/metro/wide area networks. * Ability to deep-dive into technical network architecture and design when needed to tackle complex problems and major incidents. * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities. * Knowledge of ITIL Change, Incident and Problem management processes. * Knowledge of industry best practices for designing, implementing, and maintaining network services throughout the system life cycle. * Industry certifications: CCNP, CCDP, CCVP, AWS, Azure, ITIL, DevOps is preferred. * Knowledge of Cisco DNA, SD-WAN, Viptela or Ansible would be beneficial * This position will require up to 20% travel.
