Our Head of Performance and Compliance role is responsible for the supervision, support and guidance of Draycott Nursing and Care’s carers and nurses to ensure they deliver the highest possible standard of service to our clients ensuring the continued growth of Draycott Nursing and Care. Compliance Manager Responsibilities: You will be the directly responsible for the Healthcare Performance Supervisor, compliance with CQC regulations and management of the ISO 9001. Compliance Manager Requirements: - UK Health and Social Care sector experience. - Clinical background, preferably RGN. - ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training. - Significant GDPR training. - Intermediate level excel skills.
