Hays Social Care are looking for full time Support Workers in Taunton on a temporary basis. Your new company This company offers person-centred support for adults of all ages. You will need to make sure you help patients get home safely, quickly and effectively through this companies discharge service. You will be meeting multiple patients daily. For this role you need to have a full driving license. A company car is available. What you'll need to succeed To succeed you will need: Driving license is essential Support Worker experience Hold a NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care Organised What you'll get in return In return you will be apart of a fantastic team.
