Overview
Are you a recent graduate? Do you have experience working in a product support role? If so then you may be the information support executive, we are looking for. I am currently looking for an information support executive to join my client on a permanent basis in London. What will you be doing? As an information support executive, you will support the product development and customer support functions by working with colleagues to improve the award-winning web platform. You will analyse data whilst working with clients/suppliers to gain a good understanding of their requirements and offerings. On top of this you will provide day to day support to platform end-users and clients. Key skills: Degree level education with experience analysing and reporting on data and research Product/customer support experience Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Who will you be working for?
