Overview
Covering Woking - Commission - Realistic OTE £50,000 - £60,000 Are you fed up of working in a 'home based’ role but actually spend more time on the road travelling to appointments? Do you like the sound of working with a high percentage of first-time buyers giving you the opportunity to have a higher protection conversion? This opportunity is 90% telephone and with one of the UK’s leading forward-thinking specialist Brokers. Consegna Recruitment is proud to be working with one of the biggest New Build Mortgage Brokerages in the UK and they are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their team. The role will be Home Based, and you will be completing appointments booked in by the In-House Mortgage Qualifiers. These appointments can be completed over the phone (90%) & face to face (10%) and the appointments will be booked within your working region. Our client has exclusive relationships with a number of main developers which means they have a steady supply of leads and fresh sites throughout their regions. Purpose of the role To help arrange the mortgage for customers who put deposits down on New Build’s/Plots get the best possible Mortgage based of their circumstances Work with the Developers to complete the Mortgage Applications ASAP Ensure the appointments are attended in a promptly after being booked in by the Mortgage Qualifiers Key Requirements Ideally a Whole-of-Market Mortgage Advisor (large panel advisors will be considered) Has sold Protection e.g. Life Insurance, critical illness, income protection 1-2 years’ experience working as a Mortgage Advisor Clean Driving License & have a car Clean credit file Experience of advising on New Build Mortgages is preferable Good communicator Face/Face Appointments & Telephone Based Qualifications and experience ·Full CeMAP Please call Chris at Consegna Recruitment if you wish to apply to the role or discuss this further Disclaimer Consegna Recruitment operate as an employment agency and employment business.
