Leading telecomms company in search of a Head of Reporting Innovation Head of Reporting Innovation - Finance Sector A leading telecommunications business searching for an experienced BI leader, who has acted as a key focal point, in a large organisation who can provide critical insight to progress the company towards its strategic goals. Main Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of a Reporting, Tools and Data strategy. Support the development of new metrics and interactive reporting. Establish a lead role in the programme to vindicate and automate legacy reporting. Maintain a thorough understanding of current performance trends across the company. Ensure development of BI tools to support the evolution of BI delivery. Build a high-performing team by developing existing team members and recruiting top talent into open vacancies. Skills & Experience Required Strong leadership skills in growing a BI function within a large organisation. Expert understanding of market-leading BI tools. Strong technical background (SQL, SAP, Qlik). Adept at interacting with senior executives and key stakeholders. Strong presentation skills in summarising performance trends. Focused on commercial impact. Familiarity with company financials and operation performance discussions.
