Overview
Sheltered Scheme Manager Contract 35 hours per week Derbyshire A leading nationwide supported housing provider, who offer affordable and person-centred housing that meets individual needs are currently seeking an experienced Scheme Manager to join their successful team on an 11 month FTC. You will have prior experience in the role, and will be responsible for the management and regulatory compliance of the scheme on a day-to-day basis, ensuring the security of the buildings, dealing with emergencies and ensuring maintenance and repairs are undertaken. As part of your duties, you will assist and monitor the general welfare of residents and promote their safety, independence and happiness. The successful applicant will; - Have previous experience in managing the elderly, retired or vulnerable persons in a retirement setting. - You will have the ability to display a high level of knowledge for our customers in line with the regulatory and statutory leasehold & management legislation. - Have good verbal, written and IT communication skills. - Have previous experience delivering housing and tenancy management services. - A passion for customer services.
