Overview
Digital Business Analyst Your new company Hays are excited to be working with a public sector organisation, based in Rugby, to assist them with recruitment for a Digital Business Analyst. You will be joining on a permanent basis and at an exciting time for the organisation as they start the journey going through a digital transformation. Your new role You will initially be focusing on two implementations of a new Housing Management system and a new Asset Management system. This will include, coordinating and implementing changes initiatives, providing advice to management and stakeholders to improve business effectiveness and you will be undertaking detailed analysis and modelling to improve business performance. What you'll need to succeed You will also have experience with: Proven track record that demonstrates ability to analyse, improve, document and monitor business improvement Proven digital transformation experience with well developed skills in implementing systems Demonstrate understanding of principles and practices in project management in an Agile environment Qualifications in Business Management, Commerce, Finance, Information Systems are beneficial What you'll get in return In return you will be given a chance to work on exciting new project the organisation will be implementing over the next few years as well as the chance to work with a fantastic work life balance.
