Group Management Accountant Based: Blackpool Salary: up to £50k dependent on experience. The business is experiencing huge growth, change and investment and as a result they are looking for a strong Management Accountant to join the team in a newly created position This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced business that can offer progression in your career. We are looking for a newly qualified Accountant or someone with a couple of years post qualified experience looking to take the next step in their career. Role: Providing end to end Group Management Accountant support to the Financial Controller Preparation of management accounts and group management accounts across multiple business entities Budgeting and forecasting for group and individual entities Preparation of statutory accounts, liaising with external and internal auditors Commercially business partnering 2 business functions from a group finance perspective Involved in consolidation of group management and financial accounts Analysis of P&L and high volume balance sheet reconciliations Yearend reports, cash flow management Analysing business risks, key drivers and identifying opportunities Project analysis and reporting for M&A activity alongside Financial Controller Experience: ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified Practice trained ACA/ACCA is desired but strong CIMA will be considered Qualified with post qualified experience Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior executives Looking to progress your career and develop quickly Please send your CV for immediate consideration if you meet the above criteria
