Overview
Role Description Citadel is looking for exceptional Strategist to provide research and tactical support to the Fixed Income team as outlined below. Key Responsibilities Research factor based strategies for investment portfolios covering Rates, FX, Credit, Equities and Commodities Utilize quantitative and statistical methods to complete data-driven projects Help manage implementation and risk for specific investment strategies and perform detailed PnL reconciliation Maximize usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations Work in team environment with close integration with IT and QR to test and implement software change, develop algorithms and improve strategy / tactics and process Skillset Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field of study (such as Finance / Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or Physics) Strong oral and written communication skills. Candidate must be able to communicate advanced concepts in a concise and logical way Strong command of Excel, Python and Matlab and experience with a programming/scripting language (e.g. R, C, C++) Experience analyzing large data sets Ability to leverage strong statistics, mathematics, and technical skills to rapidly assimilate, triage and evaluate new and highly technical information Salary: Competitive Expiry date: 20 April 2020 NO RECRUITMENT AGENCIES
