Mail As our Senior Strategist at LADbible Group you will be working within our in-house creative agency where you will play an integral role contributing and championing the strategic vision for the agency. This important role in a small-but-growing team demands a strong leader with the vision to implement insights-led strategies and solutions for the commercial work undertaken for our brand partners, and to contribute to the general strategy of LADbible Group's ever growing family of channels. The Senior Strategist will provide guidance throughout live projects to ensure they are executed according to the vision and will continually maintain an up-to-speed understanding of the wider media industry and communications landscape. Working closely with the creative team, you will contribute to brainstorm sessions and idea generation. We need an inspirational, ambitious strategist who has a real desire to make a difference at a fast-growing youth media brand. To ensure you succeed in the role we need you to demonstrate the following experience and technical knowledge in: What do you need to have done before? * demonstrable experience of successful brand, content and comms strategies * qualitative and quantitative research - be conversant with industry tools, sources and techniques * insight development * digital media landscape, new media technologies, and activation principles * strong commercial acumen * proven leadership, client facing and people skills * experience of building and cultivating a strategy team * deck (Keynote) creation and presentation ability Must haves? To be successful in this position it is important that you are versatile, adaptable and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
