Overview
Together Trust are looking for a Trust and Grant Fundraiser to join our exceptional and talented fundraising team. The Together Trust is a charity providing special education, residential services, fostering, family support and community services. We support more than 2,700 vulnerable children, young people and adults across the North West each year. In the current economic climate, the reality is that we are being pressed to provide more for less, and budgets are squeezed so tightly there would be little chance of providing these additional resources without the help of our fundraising team and supporters. As our Trust & Foundations fundraiser; To work with the Head of Fundraising, and the wider team, to identify fundraising opportunities that can be supported by trust and grant fundraising To be accountable for grant recording, prospecting and segmentation in line with team systems, Trust policy and GDPR best practice To take part in other fundraising activities to support the wider team, as required, which may involve some evenings and weekends for which time in lieu will be taken To manage a portfolio of relationships with key Trusts and Foundations. To develop and manage a comprehensive programme of targeted proposals and applications which secure significant income from trusts and foundations in line with agreed KPIs. As the successful candidate you will be a highly motivated fundraiser, a creative and persuasive writer who can demonstrate the heart of the charity, the benefits and life changes it creates for our service users. You will ideally come from a similar background or public sector and have a natural desire to improve opportunity for our charity.
