Overview

A large property management company based in Central and South East London are looking for a Portfolio Accountant to join their progressive and driven finance team. You will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts for a portfolio of properties including P&L, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow, preparing and posting accruals, prepayments and journals. You will also assist in year end audit preparation and filing statutory accounts. The role will suit someone part qualified (ACCA/CIMA) looking for more exposure and experience at month end. Candidates ideally will have management accounts experience, whether that's assisting or producing the full set. Property background is essential for this role Strong Excel are required - V-Lookups/Pivot Tables
