Client Accountant - Real Estate. Our Client is an established firm of Chartered Surveyors who were set up well over 50 years. They provide a range of service to clients across the globe but remain true to their business model to provide a tailored service. This medium-size firm is now looking for an experienced Client Accountant to join their property management team. The Role will be reporting to the Senior Management team and will require one to fulfil the following duties: Preparing service charge accounts for a mixed property portfolio. Producing and sending out client reports. Raising service charge and rent demands. Processing payments. Performing bank reconciliations on client accounts. Carrying out service charge reconciliations. Working with the property managers to prepare the annual service charge budgets. Updating and maintaining tenant details on the property management system. Meeting with and handling any queries lead to client accounts or tenants. The Person will be an experienced client / service charge accountant (at least 5 years' experience) with a strong commercial or residential property background. This is a sole accounting role therefore the person applying must be a confident individual who has a 'hands-on' approach to their work and the ability to think on their feet. The team is forward thinking, 'lively' and truly inclusive of their staff's opinions and recommendations.
