We are looking for a National Recoveries Manager like you, with a strong understanding of the financial services industry and experience managing a team of recoveries professionals. We're strong on succession, so we'd like you to stay and grow with us. What's more, you'll be working in our brand new offices in MediaCity UK, deep in the creative hub of technologies and innovation. What you'll do: National Recoveries Manager Our recoveries team works in a fast-paced, full-on environment, so you'll need excellent influencing and communication skills, as well as having an analytical mindset. This role will play a key part of our Manchester office and will lead a team of Recoveries Co-coordinators as linking in with other stakeholders across the business to ensure the profitability of Bibby through effective debt collection. You will be required to develop appropriate targets, monthly reporting and to ensure that adequate recoveries training is in place and managing workloads and prioritising efforts across the team to ensure that Bibby Financial services has the best chance of recovering Advances as swiftly as possible and that debtor legal actions are given the appropriate priority.
