Overview

Are you an experienced medical devices or healthcare National sales and Marketing Director/ manger, Business Unit Manger, or National Sales Manager, looking to progress your career? If so, this role will appeal to you. We are currently recruiting for one of our clients, a well-regarded company with an established brand, that is a popular choice across many clinical and financial decision makers within the NHS. The company is UK based, and on their behalf, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and high caliber individual with a proven track record in the healthcare sales leadership and quality P&L experience. The company has a number of divisions across varied hospital medical devices sectors. This particular division covers products within point of care diagnostics and monitoring, in both acute and community care. For example: diabetes, respiratory, cardiovascular, laboratory and sexual health based testing. It is a diverse role, and has a broad range of responsibility. Within this role, you will be managing a team of 8 regional KAMs, and will be working across all levels within the NHS, public health, CCG and multi-level procurement. The sell is a ‘concept solution and product sale’ and liaises with senior personal within the NHS along with multi-disciplinary clinical teams. This role involves workign with your team and researching, identifying, assimilating and prioritising key opportunities. It is a pivotal position and requires quality communication skills and a variety of different styles and approaches. You will implement national strategies for new and existing products and services, including mapping out and building stakeholder relationships. There is full P&L responsibility. You will lead and initiate projects, demonstrate excellent business acumen and strive to meet and exceed agreed financial and strategic objectives. A basic salary of up to £95k bonus benefits package and a company car.
