IT Helpdesk Technician Derby Up to £22,000 dependant upon experience We are a leading business consultancy offering a diverse and well-established range of services, with a strong presence across the East and West Midlands. With an established IT support business and team, we currently have the need for a junior technical person to join the business and support clients with1st line helpdesk enquiries. The ideal candidate would have between 12 to 18 months experience working with IT whether as an apprentice or trainee and be looking to further develop their career in a professional services environment. Experience of working with Office 365 is essential with exposure to some if not all of the following would be advantageous: Technical exposure to some of the following would be useful but not essential: Microsoft Office 2003 – 2016 Windows server 2003 – 2012 Windows desktop XP, Windows 10 Networking technologies Installing / configuring printers DHCP/DNS This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading regional business with fantastic opportunity for developing your skills and experience.
