Overview
Carpenter Multi Trade - Maintenance Background - Univeristy Rate: £16 - 17p/h - Uxbridge My client is currently looking for a Carpenter Multi Trader for a temporary-permanent position to carry out work on the landlord and tenant areas on a large unviersity on North West London. Duties will include: - General carpentry repairs - UPVC repair / replace - FRA works - Other general maintenance such as patch plastering, and painting. Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 16:30 (35Hour Week) Immediate Start Requirements - Carpentry qualified (Apprenticeship, City & Guilds, NVQ). Previous experience working in a commercial environment. Available immediately, or can start at short notice. Good communication skills. Multi-skilled. Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
