Internal Sales Engineer Pumps Derby up to £30k Internal Sales Engineer / Customer Service Representative required for a global manufacturer of rotating equipment - pumps / meters. The Role: The Internal Sales Engineer / Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing timely and courteous, day to day service for customers. Your main responsibilites will be - taking sales orders, providing pumps product availability and shipping information, preparing pumps quotes, inquiring to understand the customers' wants and engaging customers with product and support knowledge to create a pleasant and memorable experience. The Internal Sales Engineer / Customer Service Representative provides pumps product information and recommends the appropriate pumps product within accepted pricing guidelines and margin expectations. The Internal Sales Engineer / Customer Service Representative maintains primary customer contact and operates as an integral part of the entire Sales Team by supporting the selling efforts of the Outside Sales Team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Knowledge of product, parts, selling tools, pricing, discount/commission schedules. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer base by demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
