Overview

We are recruiting for a Registered Manager (Learning Disabilities) close to the Weston-Super-Mare area of Somerset to oversee a small residential service for adults living with Learning Disabilities, Autism or Mental Health conditions. To apply for the role it is essential that you: Hold Level 5 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent. Have experience of Managing a residential service/home. Have excellent knowledge of CQC legislation and requirements. Hold a full driving licence and access to a vehicle. Who will you be joining? They pride themselves on providing highly skilled therapeutic services to find the most positive outcomes for individuals. What will the role involve? As their Registered Manager, you will be involved from day one, engaging with both residents and the staff team. You will ensure only the highest standards of care are provided, nurturing and mentoring your team to the highest possible standards. There is a strong team spirit within the service, and you will have excellent support from an Operations and HR Manager, and a Nurse to support with clinical elements of the service.
