We are a leading premium care provided for seniors in the UK, we have over 50 homes and are constantly looking to grow and extend the level of care that we can provide for people in their later years. You'll be responsible for taking control of the home and steering it towards its next inspection, we're currently rated 'Good' by CQC you and us will both be focused on reaching an 'Outstanding' rating; we're hoping you're the type that excited by the chance to develop a service and craft a legacy. You will have had experience working in elderly residential homes with over 45 beds and good knowledge of CQC. You will be enthusiastic about care ; it`s all about making people feel valued and providing the best level of care possible. You`ll have plenty of care knowledge, where you`ll have had experience organising rotas, supervising staff, creating care plans, as well as doing risk assessments and audits. You`ll know how to be a positive influence when dealing with people, of course it goes without saying you`ll be a good team player, honest and invested in delivering the highest level of care. What we need from you: - Driving licence - preferable - Experience with working in residential elderly service - Desire to develop and learn new skills - Strong communication skills - The ability to be a great role model! - NVQ Level 5 - NMC Pin ideally - nurse - Strong leadership skills - Drive to help improve the lives of people - Strong communication skills - Experience as a Registered Manager - Fantastic knowledge of elderly care & mental health - Experience dealing with external agencies - social services, CQC, etc. What we'll provide you: Shifts, Hours & Benefits: - Full time - Salary £50,000 - £55,000 - In-house funded qualification programmes - Pension - Benefits package!
