We do something special, be a part of it At our site in Frome, we are looking to recruit dedicated staff to join our support services team. We support young people with Asperger's syndrome and associated complex needs. We want support workers who will inspire and guide our young people to their personal best. As a Support Worker you will: Be a key member of our team, providing high standards of person-centred care Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both young people and their families Provide personal care and participate in activities. This role requires individuals to work flexibly. We currently have a variety of shifts available covering day, night, early, late and weekend shifts. Our Support Workers roles are based at one of our children's homes in Frome, Trowbridge and Shepton Mallett which are closely linked to Farleigh Further Education College. What's in it for you?
