RGN Nurse – 36 hours per week on Days or 24 hours a week on Nights – £18.00/hr – Permanent – Warrington WA1 You will be joining a progressive and ambitious group of care homes, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes. We aim to achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care. Based in the Woolston area of Warrington, you will be contracted to either: Day Shift you will work for 36 hours a week (3 shifts 8am - 8:15pm) paying £18.00/hr Night Shift you will work for 24 hours a week (2 shifts 8pm-8:15am) paying £18.00/hr SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS RGN NMC Active PIN Number Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group Satisfactory DBS Check MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Assess all aspects of Clients’ care needs, and provide health supervision and direct Nursing Care when required. Assess social and health care needs of new Clients, and maintain on-going assessment and review of all other Clients. Maintain accurate records and ensure that each Client within the Care Centre has an individualised Care Plan. Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company’s procedure and NMC guidelines. This is a fantastic opportunity, please apply online in the first instance.
