Registered Nurse – RGN or RMN – Permanent NIGHTS – Warrington WA4 - £18.32/hr (plus £1500 welcome bonus) Based in the Latchford/Grappenhall area of Warrington You will be joining a progressive and ambitious group of care homes, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes. We aim to achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care. You will be contracted to one of the following shifts - NIGHTS - you will work for 36 hours a week (two roles working 3 shifts a week 8pm-8am) paying £18.32/hr Overtime is available, and all new employees will be entitled to a welcome bonus of £1500, which will be paid after a successful probation. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS RGN or RMN, with active UK NMC PIN Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Genuine interest in working with the relevant Client group Satisfactory DBS Check MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that Clients’ Care Plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines & Company policy. Assess all aspects of Clients’ care needs, and provide health supervision and direct Nursing Care when required. Assess social and health care needs of new Clients, and maintain on-going assessment and review of all other Clients. Maintain accurate records and ensure that each Client within the Care Centre has an individualised Care Plan. Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company’s procedure and NMC guidelines. This is a fantastic opportunity, please apply online in the first instance.
