Overview
Workforce Personnel are recruiting for Support Workers to work from 7am - 11am within a Learning Disability unit based in Abbots Langley. The Support Worker position requires; Good communication and Interpersonal skills are essential Flexibility in work patterns and schedule is of great importance Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work with minimal supervision You must always display a great level of trust and honesty Must be able to adapt to different conditions and cases Evidence of experience as a Support worker or care worker In addition to this you must have; Clear DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one Proof of Right to Work Proof of Identity & Address Proof of National Insurance 3 years work history for referencing In date mandatory training for the Health & Social care field or be willing to undertake training prior to engagement.
