Overview

Macdonald & Company have been instructed on a Senior Surveyor/Associate position with an infrastructure and utilities business. The positon will involve managing linear projects, office based though client facing in the south east. There will be an element of project management and if you have experience of line management that would also be beneficial. Your duties will include lease renewals, rent reviews and acquisitions. This is a really exciting opportunity for an MRICS qualified candidate with a few years experience under thier belts, possibly looking for a change of portfolio.
