As an Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager in this international property developer you will have exposure to a really iconic and exciting regeneration development as well as getting involved in high end refurbishments and really diverse requirements within the developers portfolio. Perfect for someone with an architectural background, passionate about property and looking for a new move into project management or for a project manager who might have already made this move but who is looking for bigger projects to get stuck into. This opportunity will give the successful candidate real involvement in their projects both on the ground and in the more strategic decisions, so a hands on, organised and ambitious attitude is essential. Key requirements and attributes include but are not limited to: Understanding basic revenue models, P/L, and cost-to-completion projections. Understanding consultants and contractors' methods for pricing their services. Effectively conveying the company's message in both written and verbal communications and discussions. Effectively communicating relevant project information to superiors. Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. From a technical stance the following is required: A general understanding in the areas of design and construction procurement.
