Overview

I am currently working with one of the UK's largest student accommodation providers who are looking to expand their Capital Projects team. This role is to be responsible for working closely with the Development Director and Portfolio Managers whilst developing and executing the delivery of capital project initiatives for a defined portfolio of residential assets. Project work includes substantial refurbishment, reconfiguration and extension works. I am looking to speak to project managers who have experience working on 'lived in' environments and who are ideally 5 years PQE.
