Overview

MRICS Asset Development Manager required for this London based client side organisation. Working closely with the Investment Director, you will deliver projects within the existing commercial property estate, project managing from conception through to completion to agreed business plan. Capture clients project outputs and shape these into a detailed project remit, engage local agents, procure market reports, ascertain optimal uses, rents, tenant incentives, exit yields and scope of works. Prepare and present investment papers to secure board approval at relevant project stages. MRICS qualified, you will have a proven track record of generating revenues from assets and meeting targets within a competitive environment.
