Macdonald & Company have been instructed on a fantastic opportunity based in the City for a Newly Qualified Valuations Surveyor. This role is with an established and fast-growing business in their Valuations and Lease advisory team. Whether you are close to completing your APC training or Newly Qualified I would love to hear from you. You will assist in undertaking Red Book Valuations for a variety of purposes, portfolio valuations for financial accounting purposes and also assist with asset management and consultancy advice for landlord clients. You will also be involved with the lease advisory team conducting lease renewals and rent reviews. There is a brilliant package on offer, plus benefits.
