Overview
Are you a Project Manager looking to work client side? We are currently working with a private residential developer and looking for a Project Manager to work on a 2000 residential development based near Guildford. The successful Project Manager will be reporting to the Development Manager and occasionally (once a month) will need to travel to the company's head office in the city. Responsibilities: Budget and Programme Management Procurement and Management of Professional teams and contractors Assist in the design and tender stages of construction packages Supporting in the land sales process Regular written project reports to the Development Manager Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in property development environment Construction/building related qualification Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office packages Knowledge of land sale contracts
