Overview
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Perform financial analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities via development budgets, financial modeling, analysis of cash flows, and application of valuation methods using a combination of Argus and Excel software. Assist with due diligence process associated with acquisitions Source, maintain and update sales and lease comparable databases. Prepare presentation materials and proposals Participate in the management of development projects including feasibility analysis, entitlement processes, financing, design, contracting, and construction management. Assist in preparation of fund quarterly management reports Update and maintain tenant databases Administration of property reporting templates Support investor presentations, acquisitions, dispositions, various reporting requirements Document control related to appraisals, due diligence processes and ad hoc information requests Reviewing property-level cash flows Evaluate tenant credit of new and existing major tenants in the portfolio Assist preparation and review of some Argus models
