IT Engineer - Enfield based - Salary: £25,000.00 to £27,000.00 /year This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading IT support company serving the educational and business community of North London and the Northern Home Counties. You will be an integral part of the support department, providing support to both clients and technicians on-site. You will need your own car, mileage is reimbursed. Essential Requirement: You will be carrying out reactive and proactive maintenance tasks for our clients on their IT Systems, network infrastructure, operating systems and core applications. You will be asked to devise solutions for customers as part of the sales process. You must be a team player. You will need excellent customer handling and inter-personal skills You must possess a proactive approach, with good planning and organisation skills. Good verbal and written communications are a must. Excellent troubleshooting skills with an analytical mind and methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues. Experience with Windows Desktop and Windows Server OS, including DHCP, DNS, Group Policy and Active Directory as well as Google ChromeBooks and set up and iPad deployment and set up would be advantageous as well as any Network switch and wireless setup experience.
