Overview
Manufacturing Document Analyst £12 per hour 12-month contract As a Manufacturing Document Analyst, you will support a manufacturing technology (MT) group in technical document authoring. This includes updating product specifications, manufacturing batch records, product quality reports and other relevant documents as well as supporting supply chain and the wider MT group. There are 2 main parts of the role: • PQR report writing – Technical reports that require stats analysis and coordinating multiple groups to input their data into the report. • Document updates – maintaining the documents that instruct the manufacturing process, updating these to ensure they meet the correct standard required. Education Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in a relevant science/engineering discipline is desirable. Experience Ideally have worked with GLP, GMP, or ISO accredited organisation Controlled documentation writing and change control process Experience of problem solving for manufacturing issues. Knowledge Continuous Improvement techniques including Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma concepts Statistical analysis Technical document writing Familiarity with Drug Product Quality Systems and GMPs for EU, US and ROW, Eudralex/Orange Guide Knowledge of GMP Regulatory requirements Experience in GMP within a contract manufacturing environment of the Drug Product industry.
