Overview
Are you a Manufacturing, or Production Engineer with Aerospace manufacturing experience? Would you like to work for a business that has supplied precision-engineered parts across the globe for over 50 years? Then we want to hear from you. This well-established company is offering a competitive hourly rate and a long duration contract, for the right Manufacturing Engineers. Manufacturing Engineer Duties include - Ensure that existing methods of manufacture are proficient by analysing work flows etc. Assign new products into production, working closely with the Quality team. Assist with the maintenance and development of process documentation. Liaise with customers and suppliers, ensuring that requirements are reviewed and robust solutions are implemented. Develop tooling solutions to ensure that engineering tolerances and quality of the finished product are aligned to the customer requirements and company standards. Manufacturing Engineer Desired Skills - Experience working within a similar role (complex composite components). Experience in the development / manufacture of mould tools, assembly jigs and ICY fixtures. Ability to use the relevant Quality tools and techniques. Relevant Engineering education and training.
