Are you a Manufacturing, or Production Engineer with Aerospace manufacturing experience? Located in Leicestershire, this company is offering a competitive hourly rate and a long duration contract, for the right Manufacturing Engineers. Manufacturing Engineer Duties include - Ensure that existing methods of manufacture are proficient by using the relevant Quality tools and techniques. Assign new products into production by using a "design for manufacturability" method. Assist with the maintenance and development of process documentation. Supervise external contractors and provide advice on best working practices. Manufacturing Engineer Desired Skills - Experience working within a similar role. Physical process change experience (NPI, process capability etc.). Ability to use Quality tools such as 5Y, 8D, FMEA, RCA, and SPC. Knowledge of CNC Machining processes and Assemblies.
