Overview
My Client based in Sedbergh is currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician on a temporary ongoing basis whilst they recruit for the role permanently. The successful Candidate will provide on-site technical support assisting with various IT issues including installing, maintaining and troubleshooting new and existing equipment such as desktops, laptops, tablets. You will monitor and share the running of the IT help desk system, logging, prioritising, tracking and completing support cases. Escalate support issues to the appropriate team member. Undertake systems Administration including the imaging and deployment of laptops troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve software and hardware faults and perform hardware maintenance, repairs and upgrades as necessary Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm with occasional Saturday mornings Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
