Overview
We are looking to recruit experienced care assistants to help provide high quality professional care and support to adults with in residential/care homes in Haywards Heath . We care for our services users and fully committed to all our care assistants We have a very high number of shifts every week. We have waking nights, sleepovers, day shifts, evening shifts and morning shifts. We require that the candidate has a minimum of 1 years’ experience within the care industry. The candidate must have knowledge in the day to day practices: - Assisting with personal hygiene - showering/bathing/toileting - Assisting with meals - dishing up/feeding - Completing daily records/documents - Companionship - Safe guarding - Medication - Health and safety Required Education, skills and qualifications Caring and kind Willing to do personal care duties Over the age of 18 Able to follow instructions and procedures Able to drive - not essential
