Skills: IT Service Desk, 1st line , IT support, Service Desk, IT Helpdesk, PC Support, Customer service skills , software and hardware skills, windows 7 and windows 10 desktop and SCCM, Citrix, Office 2016, Windows server 2008, 2012, 2016, IT Service Desk Analysts - are you just starting out or already experienced and looking for that next step up the ladder, out client invests heavily in its staff with individual training budgets and plans and has real career progression opportunities. Certify to MCP or MCSA We are looking to add to the existing team at either junior / beginner level or experienced 1st line level, this is a technical IT Desk and there are opportunities to progress into 2nd line IT Support. You will need to show problem-solving and customer-service skills in a role that involves provide 1st line support, answering calls and emails on the service desk Use the ticket management system to record all issues Help support a range of clients with technologies including Microsoft Windows Desktop / Server Operating Systems, Citrix XenApp, Active Directory, O365, Skype for Business, Exchange, Wireless, Anti-Virus and similar stack of technologies Support computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones and applications Monitor, troubleshoot and escalate alerts and escalate to 2nd/3rd line have knowledge of or be happy to learn ITIL Possess the ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment Based in the Company HQ close to Milton Keynes it does require working on a shift basis of 4 days on and 4 days off so you must be flexible around working times / finish etc. - Great package on offer including salary and a bonus - car parking costs covered, -excellent training and chance for progression.
