This award-winning firm are looking for someone with successful experience managing a sales team, as well as strong business and conveyancing knowledge to deal with complex queries. The position will be based out of the company Head Office, heading up a Specialist team. The company offers comprehensive training, uncapped commission and a structured career path up to regional management level. The Sales Team Manager must be able to: Ensure that the Group sales pipeline turns at the required budgeted levels Monitor employee performance through regular 1:1’s, reviews and team meetings Manage resources / workflow across the team to ensure service standards are met Influence positive change through team management and action planning Provide advice on how to deal with difficult issues and deal personally with complex issues which require a high level of knowledge and expertise Take over difficult cases to release staff to get on with volume transactions Coach and develop the team to ensure staff have the right levels of business / conveyancing knowledge to deal with standard queries across key areas What’s in it for you?
