Overview

Morgan Hunt are proud to work in partnership with a well-respected health regulator on a search for a Quality Assurance Lead based in London. As the Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that effective QA processes and systems are in place across the organisation. The Quality Assurance lead will be leading on the quality assurance plan that applies across the organisation as well as developing and implanting the organisation's risk management processes and policies. As an ideal candidate for this Quality Assurance Lead will fit the below criteria: The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. Experience in a senior management role that include quality assurance and audit responsibilities. Proven ability to develop and manage effective systems and programmes of quality assurance and risk management. Proven ability to identify key organisational risks. Ability to analyse feedback and ensure continuous improvement. Ability to develop and prepare high quality management information. Proven ability to analyse, develop and review complex business processes and implement change where necessary. The main responsibilities of this Quality Assurance Lead include, but are not limited to: Develop, lead and manage a quality assurance plan for the organisation. Drafting committee and council papers and other documents as required. Devise and oversee the implementation of the audit plan and improvement programmes.
