Overview
Ecommerce Marketplace Executive (11792 DD) An innovative and well established textile design company are currently looking for a commercially focused Ecommerce Marketplace specialist This role requires someone with a passion and vision for marketplace enrichment and product optimisation. The role: Create and manage marketplace stores for Amazon, eBay and Wayfair. Manage relevant support tickets and cases where required by the channel. Provide new product listings across multiple channels, improving content and optimisation. Review and create marketing and advertising campaigns through the various vendor portals as agreed. Work consistently towards achieving Top Rated Seller especially with eBay store. Provide reports and respond to analytics to manage performance, channel growth and reflect on any poor performance. Working with the wider ecommerce, design and media teams to ensure all product content and relevant information is utilised across the board. Skills & Experience: Proven experience of managing marketplace vendors such as Amazon, eBay, knowledge of Wayfair would also be an advantage but not essential. Confident knowledge of operating within an ecommerce environment. Excellent communication skills with both internal, external and affiliates. Adaptable with a good level of analytics knowledge able to report finding in an accurate and concise manner using advanced Excel skills. Must have excellent attention to detail, great organisational skills and able to work in a fast paced environment. Enjoy working with Marketplace vendors.
