Support Worker, Adults, Temp, Flexible Ongoing Shifts. Your new company Our client is a well-known, leading specialist care provider with services across the south-east, providing support to people with various emotional needs and/or substance abuse. With over 25 years experience delivering high standards of care this company prides themselves on their person-centred approach. Your new role Within this residential setting, you will be responsible for the care and support of 12 gentlemen with a variety of mental health issues and other ailments that requires them to need 24-hour support. They have a wide range of activities on site as well as access to their own transport. What you'll need to succeed As well as a good understanding of mental health issues you will need: Minimum of 6 months experience within the industry A Full UK driving licence with access to your own transport is desirable You must be able to provide 2 references and provide proof of right to work in the UK We are predominantly recruiting for day workers for this position however night shifts could be required from time to time.
