Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant Dunchurch, Rugby AB Consultancy are a growing recruitment company established in 2011 with an enviable reputation. We specialise in all levels of management recruitment within the retail, hospitality and leisure sectors across the UK. Due to our expansion, we are recruiting a Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Candidate to join as a core member of our fantastic team in Dunchurch, Rugby. However you do not need a specific degree and no previous experience is required. You will need an enthusiastic personality and a competitive mindset. Recruitment Resourcers are responsible for: • Searching for candidates within the retail, hospitality and leisure sectors • Understanding the retail, hospitality or leisure industry and building talent pools of candidates within their vertical market • Searching for candidates using job boards, Linked-In and referrals • Candidate souring using Search Strings/Boolean • Telephone screening candidates against job requirements • Advertising vacancies • Organising interviews; helping applicants to prepare for interviews Training & Development: • Full Training will be given • Full Career Development Programme • Extensive support, advice and guidance from highly successful team members This would be a great opportunity for someone wishing to begin their career in recruitment.
