Overview
Excellent role for an electrically biased maintenance engineer, looking to join a leader in the food packaging industry, where you can progress into engineering management. Are you electrically qualified? Do you have maintenance experience within production/manufacturing environments? This company specialise in the supply of specialist and bespoke packaging solutions for the food, pharma and general retail industries. Due to ongoing success they are looking to add an electrically biased maintenance engineer to their highly skilled team. The company are looking to succession plan someone into the engineering management position within the next few years, so it is a great time to join the company. Additionally, there is other opportunities to progress within the production arm of the company or within projects and continuous improvements teams. In this role you will be involved from the ground up in the site, from facilities maintenance, planned maintenance of production lines and plant, respond to breakdowns, get involved in projects across the site, installation and commissioning work and new equipment installed on site. This is an electrically biased position. The role is alternating shifts, 1 week of 12pm-10pm Monday to Thursday (3-day weekend), with the next week being 6am-2pm Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. To be considered you must be electrically qualified and come from a maintenance background.
