Your new company My client are an award-winning and innovative medical devices company. With over 30 years of experience in the industry they are a people-first organisation with a commitment to improving patient experience and harnessing new technologies & ideas. We are excited to be partnering exclusively with them to recruit the role of Product Manager to be based at their High Wycombe Head offices, but covering a global remit. Your new role As Product Manager you will combine traditional Product Marketing with commercial Product Management to work with KOL's and clinicians to understand their 'problems' and devise solutions alongside Regulatory and Engineering teams. You will manage the entire product lifecycle from GTM and product launches on a global scale, as well as in-life evaluation and discontinuation. You will be involved in customer casing, NPD, product launches and Sales enablement. You will be the voice and champion of the customer internally, defining what to make with a deep understanding of competitive products and related technologies as well as defining positioning and messaging for products, and owning the overall go-to market strategy. What you'll need to succeed You will have a background in Medical Devices with strong experience as a commercial Product Manager. You will be able to demonstrate success in customer casing, working with KOL's and customers to understand their needs and feed into the product development process in order to meet those needs. You will understand working with medical professionals and how to target them with GTM and launch plans. You will have experience of driving demand, adoption and the overall success of products through end-to-end product management with tactical experience in positioning and messaging for products - owning the overall go-to market strategy. What you'll get in return You will receive a salary circa £50,000 plus benefits including a car allowance circa £5000 and bonus potential.
