FP&A Manager - Milton Keynes - £55,000-£65,000 Are you a commercially focused analyst looking to work for an industry challenger in Milton Keynes? Not looking to work for another "market leading" business but an entrepreneurial, disruptive team who are offering a new and innovative products to market? A technology focused, industry disrupting business is looking to grow their commercial finance function and bring someone in who can provide in-depth technical and a financial analysis on new product development and pricing strategies. You will play a key role providing financial analysis and business-planning support to drive new product decision making and increase the profitability of those already in the market. You'll work out what the key drivers of product performance are and work with senior leadership teams and directors to make well informed strategic decisions. You'll help to grow the business rapidly, taking the organisation from its current early stages to a major player in the industry. FP&A Manager - Key Responsibilities: Business partner with senior leadership teams and drive decision making commercial and pricing strategy Create advanced excel models from scratch to forecast how the business will perform and monitor business performance Improve product performance and lead the planning function for new products to market. Work closely with the Marketing function to understand the effect of promotional activity and make sure promotions are consistent with overall group strategy. Drive best practice in financial processes, improving financial systems and support the wider business. You'll be an experienced finance analyst who is ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with a proven background in financial analysis and pricing. You'll have an in depth understanding of financial statements, building financial models and a knowledge of financial products. Previous experience in working for an FCA regulated business would be ideal as well as being an Advanced user of Microsoft Excel. As the business grows, the opportunity comes with it.
