A SENIOR PERSONAL INNJURY/LEGAL EXECUTIVE opportunity has arisen at this well-regarded Law Firm based in SOUTH MANCHESTER. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team at a Senior Level. The opportunity will involve handling a diverse range of catastrophic level personal injury cases. Key Criteria: At least 5 years PQE as a Solicitor/Legal Executive. Demonstrate experience of handling a complex caseload of personal injury matters. Experience of dealing with RTA, EL, PL and OL matters. Technically excellent with a working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules. Commercially focussed. Able to draft complex schedules of loss and quantify general damages for multiple and complex injuries. Deliver excellent client service at all times.
