Overview
Walters People are recruiting for a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk in Warrington for an immediate start. This is an opportunity to join a growing company as part of their finance team in an Accounts Payable capacity. This is a temporary to permanent role based out of the organisations head office in Warrington. Responsibilities To post authorised invoices to Sage/SAP systems as required Ensuring that invoices are coded to the correct department Allocating payments to invoices Matching supplier statements The ability to spot errors and discrepancies Essential Experience / Attributes High attention to detail Experience of purchase ledger reconciliations Experience of a general ledger system Strong Excel skills Good communications skills Ability to work independently but also as part of a small team Fast learner Ability to use own initiative.
